The Council of Coordinating Cooperatives (CCC):
CCC’s members were all built as co-ops- limited dividend, redevelopment, Mitchell Lamas. Some have since reconstituted. All are multi-family building developments, four of which generate or co-generate their own electricity – Rochdale Village, Amalgamated Warbasse, Penn South and Big 6.
