Valerie Corbett, President of IntelliGreen Partners, presents the LL87/09 Energy Audit & Retro-commissioning Law and Rules on behalf of the Urban Green Council and the New York City Mayor’s Office on April 30, 2014 at 5:30 pm to The Spring Supers Group Forum at Carnegie Hill Neighbors (carnegiehillneighbors.org)  in Manhattan.

Local Law 87 requires that all New York City buildings of 50,000 square feet or more have to do an energy audit and perform retro-commissioning every ten years. Energy expert Valerie Corbett will provide an overview of this law, providing step-by-step instructions on how to comply with LocalLaw 87 and guidance for directing staff or consultants. Urban Green Council has developed this presentation with assistance from the Mayor’s Office, NYC Department of Buildings, New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) and the real estate industry.
