Location to be announced
New York City’s Local Law 87 requires all buildings over 50,000 square feet to conduct an energy audit and retro- commissioning study every 10 years (determined by the last digit of your property tax block), and to submit an Energy Efficiency Report to the NYC Department of Buildings documenting the results. This practice can also help identify large cost¬saving opportunities, and help your board make informed decisions on capital plans and equipment investments. Join energy Expert Valerie Corbett for a presentation sponsored by the Urgan Green Council which explains the law, how to comply and how to maximize the value of the information derived from the audit and retro- commissioning. Members of CNYC member cooperatives and condominiums attend at no cost, but advance registration is required. Non¬ members are very welcome at a fee of $50, payable in advance. Reserve your place by calling CNYC at (212) 496¬7400 or register by e¬mail to . To pay at the door, preregister and add $15.
