LL87: Energy Audits & Retro-Commissioning – May 21, 2015 7:00 to 8:00 PM
We had a great turnout on May 21st! We were joined by an outstanding group of young Hong Kong engineering students who wanted to learn about New York City’s Green Building Laws.
New York City’s Local Law 87 requires all buildings over 50,000 square feet to conduct an energy audit and retro-commissioning study every 10 years, and to submit an Energy Efficiency Report to the NYC Department of Buildings documenting the results. Attend this free one-hour training presentation that explains the law and how to comply. We’ll explain how conducting energy audits and retro-commissioning can help you identify large cost saving opportunities, as well as inform decisions on capital plans and equipment investments.
