LL87 & LL88: How To Get Value from Doing the Work – September 10, 2015 6:00 to 7:30pm – Click To Register
Local Law 88 requires non-residential buildings over 50,000 square feet (and residential buildings with commercial tenants over 10,000 square feet) to upgrade their lighting systems and install sub-meters for commercial tenants. The law goes into effect in 2025, but owners who don’t upgrade lighting and install sub-meters during lease turnover now will disrupt tenants later––and spend more money to do the work.
Attend this free 1.5 hour combined presentation that explains the laws and how to comply and how to get the most value from doing the work.
PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE through the Urban Green Council!
