Local Law 88 Basics at NYARM Building Management Expo

Join Valerie Corbett of IntelliGreen Partners for a luncheon overview of New York City’s Local Law 88 at the New York Association of Realty Managers Building Management Expo. This expo is free for building owners, managers, board members, and superintendents.

Local Law 88 requires non-residential buildings over 50,000 square feet (and residential buildings with commercial tenants over 10,000 square feet) to upgrade their lighting systems and install sub-meters for commercial tenants. The law goes into effect in 2025, but owners who don’t upgrade lighting and install sub-meters during lease turnover now will disrupt tenants later––and spend more money to do the work.

See Local Law 88 Checklist which will be provided at the Expo.

PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE through NYARM.
