IGP helps you to improve your building’s Energy Efficiency Grade:
Intelligreen Partners provides Owner’s Representative and Project Management Services to improve your LL95/19 Energy Efficiency Grade and reduce your building’s potential LL97/19 Building Energy & Carbon Emissions Limits financial penalties.
IGP will do a site visit and provide an Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) Report with an Action Plan to get you started right away.
A score equal to or greater than 85 will give a building a Grade of A, with scores greater than 70 but less than 85 resulting in a Grade of B. Buildings that score less than 70 will receive a Grade of C and those with a score less than 55 will receive a D Grade.
By May 1, 2025, and each May 1st thereafter, building owners must submit an Annual Report, certified by a registered design professional, attesting to the building’s actual annual greenhouse gas emissions (GHG).
Real estate brokers believe these new Energy Efficiency (EE) Grades will affect the sales price of commercial and multifamily buildings, including co-op or condo units. IGP will prioritize and manage energy efficiency projects to:
- improve your building’s EE Grade
- reduce carbon emissions
- prepare all Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- select qualified contractors
- access Utility, NYC, NYS & Federal incentives and tax benefits
- access financing (PACE, banks, etc.)
- save money, improve tenant comfort
