Valerie Corbett is a LEED® Accredited Professional¹ and a BPICertified Building Analyst and Building Envelope Professional² with over 30 years of experience in real estate development and financial services in both the public and private sectors. She has a proven track record in strategic planning, managing large-scale real estate projects, leading cross-functional development teams, contract negotiations and capital raising. As a LEED AP BD+C and BPI Certified Professional she brings special expertise and professional relationships in green building, energy efficiency, sustainable development and related green products.

BPI's nationally recognized Building Analyst and Building Envelope credentialing programs identify individual excellence in house-as-a-system evaluation, diagnostics and installation. The Building Analyst trainings consist of building science fundamentals, analysis of diagnostic equipment, assessment of building tightness and practical application of blower door; combustion safety and other diagnostics for assessing air leakage and efficiency in buildings. The Building Envelope training consists of health and safety, indoor air quality assessment, advanced blower door applications, insulation techniques and applications and other topics related to improving building envelope efficiency.
