Deborah Taylor, Dept. of Buildings, will begins with a background of PlaNYC 2030 and a discussion of the Energy Conservation Code requirement

Valerie Corbett, IntelliGreen Partners, discusses the NYC Greener Greater Buildings Plan, with a focus on the new LL84/09 Benchmarking Law, and funding opportunities to help owners comply

Erica Brabon, Steven Winter Associates, discusses the benchmarking and auditing processes, the savings potential and the health benefits of improving building energy efficiency.

Deborah Leifer, CUNY Building Performance lab, will promote the Lab’s hotline for addressing building owner’s questions about the Greener, Greater Building Laws
