Under LL95 (LL95 of 2019 Amends LL33 with More Stringent Energy Efficiency Grades), starting in 2020 and based on the 2019 LL84/09 Benchmarking results, buildings greater than 25,000 square feet in size must display an Energy Efficiency Grade at public entrances. Grades will range from A to F and will be based on EPA Portfolio Manager ENERGY STAR® scores.
The Energy Efficiency Grade must be prominently posted by November 1, 2020 and will look something like this:
