IGP, acting as Efficiency Advisor in the NYC Retrofit Accelerator, assisted this multifamily affordable cooperative on five NYC blocks, to join the NYC Carbon Challenge and reduce carbon emissions with a campus-wide LED lighting retrofit project, including over 3,500 new interior and exterior fixtures.
