Services:

IGP, acting as Efficiency Advisor in the NYC Retrofit Accelerator, assisted the Owner of this multifamily cooperative in Greenwich Village to reduce its carbon emissions with an LED lighting retrofit in the stairways and common areas. The building also completed a fuel conversion from No. 4 oil to natural gas, optimized the boiler and updated the BMS. The Owner also explored the feasibility of installing rooftop Solar PV.
