The new Point of Entry Sleeve has been installed as of 5.6.13. The distance from the current center of the POE sleeve to where the center of the POE sleeve would have been had it been installed at the original Con Edison coordinates is about 12"

7,500 gallon oil tank in tank room. Tank is supended on footings but is resting on cement, which can cause condensation leading to tank leakage. Better to suspend tank above ground so you can see leaks as they occur.

BEFORE: To make room for a new Gas Meter Room, the Superintendent's Workshop was renovated and these steam pipes were relocated closer to the wall.

After Con Edison completes the "swing-over" to the new gas line, they turn the original gas line off in the street. The building will have only one point of entry (POE) with the new gas line.
